We [Heart] Obama!
Well, here at Casa Blendermann, we are absolutely thrilled about our new President Barack Obama! Matt and Ellie got to watch some of the inauguration today, and Ellie was inspired to create custom headgear, to declare her support for the new Prez:

Hi, Ellie! We were really excited about Barack Obama's inauguration, too -- I'm sorry we can't get one of your wonderful hats to wear!! Opa and I didn't go to the Mall -- too many people -- but we watched everything on the TV, all the way to the end of the parade.
I talked to Daddy this morning and he says you and Matthew are fine and doing well in school. That's good news. I hope we will get to see you when you come to Grandma and Grandpa's on Valentine's Day.
It has been very cold here but we don't have all the snow that you have in Ledyard. Today it is sunny and almost warm!
